Maple has taken over the organizer role for the Mid-Autumn Festival since 198VY. She spends half of her year living in DigiTerra in preparation and cleanup of the festival, and half of her year living in Autumn.

Personal Life

Childhood

Born into the Moon House of Autumn's Royalty, Maple, as well as her siblings and cousins, were tasked with various aspects of the Mid-Autumn Festival as a part of helping contribute to it's setup. She quickly became known among her peers as being the most personable, and would often be tasked to help with checking in on sellers, delivering the schedule to the other houses, and other communication involved tasks.

Maple has herself admitted that she delighted in these tasks as they took her out of the stuffy halls of the Autumn Royalty, and put her outside among the rest of the city. As she grew older she acquired an infamy for getting lost in the city, with her family often sending out search parties to drag her back home.

Adult

While her tendency to wander off abated as she became a young adult, Maple still manage to baffle her family, who struggled to find an appropriate position for her within the House. The tasks she once excelled at were being passed off to the next generation, and it left her for many years in a limbo. Maple took the opportunity to travel, as far as she was allowed, to the other cities of the The Burrow, citing to the heads of her household that she could help spread the word of the Festival and so they allowed this during the summer months of the year, ahead of when the Festival was held.

Career

Maple was on one of her summer trips in 197VY, when the Mid-Autumn Festival was changed to be held in DigiTerra as a show of solidarity with The Core. When she returned to Autumn, after the event had ended, she found the Moon House in disarray and uncertain how to proceed with organizing the event for the following year. Due to her age, the existing lead organizer had not done well with the travel to and from DigiTerra - and had decided to retire from the role as a result. No one else within the family seemed keen to take on the responsibility from the old organizer.

Maple was quick to put her hand on the table - and the family was delighted to be able to solve the problem of continuing to host the Mid-Autumn Festival and give her an official place in the House.
