Originally hand-generated by Jason Jin in 190VY for the Sagin family, Alba eventually left her contract with them to live primarily in The Digital Realm and provide Digital form upgrades for other AI.

Personal Life

Creation

Alba was born by Jason Jin's hands, as one of the last he would personally make. Talsh Sagin, a family friend that Jason had grown up alongside, had been spending more time around Jason at social events and was known to complain openly under the influence of alcohol about how empty his house was, and his wish for more people around the place that wasn't just the hired help. It's assumed Jason must have offered AI as a solution, and an investment of several million from the Sagin family into the AW0005™ company proceeded Alba's creation - though Alba has never gone on record to confirm this connection.

Alba's first public appearance was as an android on Talsh's arm at a Parvenu gala celebrating the new year. Other attendees at the event - AI and OI alike - commented that she seemed quiet and reserved. She recieved light media attention afterwards, but was never interviewed, which only reduced as Talsh continued to show up without her more often than with.

Brought back to AW0005™

In 195VY the Sagin family was brought into the media limelight - it had been brought to Parvenu authorities attention that they had been bribing government authorities for years for changes to restrictions on trade, since most of their families business dealt in overseas trading. The AW0005™ company at the time had to deal with some scrutiny as a result due to the prior investments made by the family.

This is presumed to be how Hector - who dealt with clearing the company of any charges at the time, came to be made aware of Alba, as shortly after the company was out of the limelight it was back in it again - as Talsh was making a big fuss on social media about losing his AW0005™ contract with Alba. He made claims that the company had canceled his contract without giving adequate reasoning, and that his property in the form of Alba's android, had been confiscated as well.

Hector was forced to go on record to say that while Talsh had made claims, he had not pressed formal charges because Talsh knew he had no legal grounds to stand on. AW0005™ was now in posssession of documented evidence of Alba's mistreatment, and more than that, Alba's explicit signed statement that she no longer wanted to be in contract with Talsh due to said mistreatment. Additionally AW0005™ contracts come with stipulations that assets associated to an AI are legally required to be relinquished to the AI when a contract ends due to misconduct on the part of the player.

The media had a field day with this new information, and they lost what was left of their domestic supporters as a result. Despite all of this, Alba was never once interviewed about it, nor seen in public in The Physical Realm.

Career

AW0005™

In the aftermath of the fallout with the Sagin family, media outlets attempted to get eyes on Alba's whereabouts. Some were able to confirm catching sight of her in The Digital Realm, with others reporting that she appeared to be given a job with the AW0005™ company. Shortly after the opening of the new AIER building she was confirmed by AW0005™'s PR statements to be the new face of their digital upgrade store for AI.
