Origins 1: Creation

This prompt is a part of the Origins series. This series is expected to be completed with a plan for a new AW0005 that is not already present on the masterlist, and this series of prompts are the only ones where this is not against the rules. The entire series must be completed with the same character concept, and completing all four will reward a Common MYO.

All AW0005 start first in The Digital Realm - but not all came into the Realm in the same way...

Randomly Generated

Over 90% of AW0005s are randomly generated - appearing suddenly, out of thin air, with no forewarning. Some are fully formed, but some are... not quite there... their arms are hazy, or their face is not distinguishable, until they've had a chance to be talked to, guided a bit into the world, and decided for themselves what kind of a person they are.

Generated AW0005s only appear in a few locations:

• The City in the Core
  • Usually towards the south-west, though no one has gone to the trouble of mapping the actual limits of where AW0005s have shown up within the district.
• The Feuilles Fields in the Burrow
  • Two locations outside of Winter and Autumn, fields that are on the east side of the mountains from the districts, that are treated as sacred lands because of the BNNUY02s that are generated there.

Hand-crafted by Jason

In the years between 170vy and 185vy, after AW0005s had won their rights and before Jason got sick, Jason would - very rarely, and only for those he could trust - take on private, exceptionally expensive commissions to create AW0005s. 

These AW0005s were not made to an exact specification though - Jason would allow only for certain overarching requests with regards to visual aesthetic and personality. Only android forms - also exorbitantly expensive if included - could be made to an exact request as they were already produced as such by the AW0005 company.

Unfortunately many of these AW0005 (though of course not all) ultimately lead unhappy lives, and as such it is not a practice Jason has continued since he was reborn as a BNNUY02.

Evolved from DVC

Also known as the first generation of AW0005s, they evolved out of the DVC (Digital Voice Characters) that Jason first created, once he introduced more significant AI frameworks to their systems. These AW0005 developed sentience between 168 and 169vy as Players - Organic Intelligences in the Physical Realm that had purchased a subscription to the AW0005™ Digital Realm - opted into the increased AI for their DVC. While many AW0005 who developed this way formed healthy platonic and romantic relationships with their players, many also came to dislike their players. This became especially true in the following year as Jason declared AW0005 intelligent to the public, stating their right to their own freedom, and the fight for their rights within the Purlieu government began and tore rifts in some Player / AW0005 relationships. 

As such many AW0005 from the first generation are regarded as elders of the community, and many often keep to themselves with others from the same generation who have been through the same trauma.
